Adopted Fire Codes
The Berthoud Fire Protection District Board of Directors recently adopted the 2024 edition of the International Fire Code by resolution on August 12, 2025.

The District is currently enforcing the 2024 International Fire Code within the Town of Berthoud, Boulder and Larimer Counties, and the 2024 International Fire Code with amendments is enforced within Weld County.
