To all merchants, vendors, and other sales tax collectors, a NEW SALES TAX is to be implemented for Berthoud Fire Protection District EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025.

On May 6, 2025, voters of the Berthoud Fire Protection District authorized a 1% sales tax occuring within its boundaries to be implemented on July 1, 2025.  The sales tax has several exemptions implemented by the State of Colorado, which list can be found below in the Resolution to Enact Sales Tax.
